NEEDED FOR REFINANCE

1. Clear copy of Driver’s License and Social Security card. 
2. Most recent 30 days’ paystubs. 
3. Most recent two months of bank statements, all pages (including 401k or retirement accounts, if  applicable) 
4. Most recent 2 years of tax returns. (If you own a business, we will also need the 2 years business tax returns).
5. Most recent 2 years of W‐2 forms and/or 1099 forms (for self‐employed). 
6. For any property you own: the mortgage statement, Home Insurance declarations page, Flood declarations page (if applicable), HOA coupon (if applicable), and lease (if applicable). 
7. Refinance Only: The Survey and Owner’s title policy from your purchase. If you are doing an FHA refinance, please also provide the Note from your last closing. 
8. VA only: Current Military ID or DD214.
