NEEDED FOR PURCHASE

1. Clear copy of Driver’s License and Social Security card. 
2. Most recent 30 days’ paystubs. 
3. For variable income (commission, bonus, OT, etc), last paystub for 2023 & 2024. 
4. Most recent two months of bank statements, all pages (including 401k or retirement accounts, if  applicable) 
5. Most recent 2 years of tax returns. (If you own a business, we will also need the 2 years business tax returns).
6. Most recent 2 years of W‐2 forms and/or 1099 forms (for self‐employed). 
7. For any property you own: the mortgage statement, Home Insurance                declarations page, Flood declarations page (if applicable), HOA coupon (if          applicable), and lease (if applicable).
8. VA only:  Current Military ID or DD214.
